Goodpack Sarl, established by SEET Investment, has expanded significantly through a series of strategic acquisitions in the packaging sector.

The company first solidified its position by acquiring TEDA-MM, the largest independent thermoforming company in Southeast Europe and LDS Plast. This merger helped form a leading supplier of sustainable food packaging solutions, with a focus on recyclable materials and innovative packaging technologies.

In addition, Goodpack acquired the majority shares of leading Bulgarian distributer, further strengthening its capabilities in the packaging industry.

In 2024, the company took another significant step by acquiring Paccor Romania, a premier manufacturer of thermoformed food packaging, enhancing its market presence in Central and Eastern Europe. This acquisition enabled Goodpack to expand its sustainable packaging offerings while continuing its focus on cutting-edge technologies and environmentally friendly solutions.
